About Your Career Coach

In a career spanning 15 years, Jennifer has led talent acquisition, talent management, training and human resources for enterprises spanning in size from 500 - 10,000 employees – and did it all because she wanted people to find joy in their work.

The average person will spend 90,000 hours working in their lifetime. Jennifer believes that what we do matters, and the gifts and talents that each individual has should be maximized in a way that impacts others in a positive light.

Before spending 7 years in leadership roles in the healthcare field, Jennifer was the human resources leader for a joint-venture startup between AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile that developed what is now known as the Google Wallet on Android devices.

She’s a member of the Society of Human Resources, Dallas HR chapter, winner of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) award of excellence for internal communications, and she has been recognized by HR Today for excellence in Employer Branding.

Jennifer is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and on the Advisory Board for the School of Journalism at Baylor University where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree. She also has a Master of Science in Management, Administration and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas Dallas.
